Mr. Charles earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Appalachian School of Law located in Virginia, Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Barry University. Mr. Charles is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is also a member of local voluntary bar and professional associations such as the Dade County Bar Association and Broward County Bar Association. Mr. Charles is a native to the South Florida area whom enjoys practicing law as well as traveling and spending time with family and friends.
